Planning is where many home projects stall. We prepare and submit your application, produce the drawings and supporting statements, and deal with the local council on your behalf, keeping you updated and giving your project the best possible chance of approval.
What's included
Existing and proposed drawings, design-and-access or heritage statements where needed, permitted-development assessments, submission and validation, and managing the application through to decision.
Local planning authorities we work with
Huntingdonshire District Council, South Cambridgeshire District Council, Cambridge City Council, Bedford Borough Council, Central Bedfordshire Council, North Hertfordshire District Council, North Northamptonshire Council and Peterborough City Council. (Cambridgeshire & Peterborough councils are due to reorganise into unitary authorities around April 2028.)
