Would highly recommend! When my partner and I decided to extend our home, we first used self service software to plan out what we thought the finished product would look like. Long story short we couldn't get it right and off a recommendation we got in touch with Binney & Sims. The entire team were fantastic from start to finish and the plans they produced far exceed our own, made the best use of the space and overcame some of the issues we had on how the house was used. They even went a step further and put us in touch with reputable builders, one of which is now carrying out the work.

We moved into a house that was very small and impractical for modern family living. Thanks to Katie, our house is not only practical but a lovely space now. She listened to what we needed and offered great ideas and designs, things we would never have thought of. We also found a building company who spoke highly of Binney and Sims saying their plans were easy to follow and were able to carry out the design within budget. We would recommend this company again.

Hi, we used Binney and Sims Design to help us utilise the space and help design a new extension in our new home, we found them to be very efficient, proactive and innovative. They were very flexible with tweaking and adjusting our plans to enable us to get the best out of our project and came up with some really good ideas. We found them to be very knowledgeable within the area , knowing what our local council and parish council would be happy with, with regards to our design. This helped considerably as we were not having to re adjust drawings and re-submit , which saved a lot of time and money. We approached Binney and Sims in summer 2022 to design a 2 storey extension integrating a new kitchen and master bedroom. We were presented with multiple fantastic options within a few weeks of initial inquiry, and they were very responsive to our small tweaks. They possess a high level of technical competence (as well as brilliant design minds) meaning you're not left with an unbuildable design! They clearly have well versed in dealing with council planners, and know what may or may not get approved, and how to go about it. The whole application process was handled with great aplomb despite the odd pushback, and we are thrilled to have received planning approval within 3 months. Importantly, you can easily get hold of the team for any queries. Essentially, they made our life very easy and delivered beyond expectations.
