Binney & Sims Design was founded in St Neots in 2013, and for over a decade we've helped homeowners across Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire turn rough ideas into beautiful, practical, approved plans. Katie is a company director and the first face you see in our process. Undertaking initial visits, she meets you at your property to talk through ideas and get the inspiration flowing. With over 15 years of experience, she brings an innovative and practical approach to residential design.

Heather Stewart

Planning Lead

As the liaison between client and council, Heather is well versed in the complex planning process, with 7 years' experience preparing, submitting and managing applications for approval. She is always on the other end of the phone to help guide you through.
